Job Description:

• To provide 3rd level technical support and administrative operations on the system infrastructure
• To ensure the uninterrupted operation of the applications of the server operating systems and to solve related problems;
• Effective in maintenance and troubleshooting of the virtualization infrastructure,
• Design and implement monitoring systems and procedures for 7/24 uptime requirements of business critical systems,
• To operate, and maintain production, test and development servers, virtualization environments and associated storage systems,
• Ensuring the regular operation of the archive and backup system,
• To provide maintenance, configuration and management of the server, network, storage, backup, security devices in the company internal network and data center and the hardware and software that provide connection to the internet
• Managing and monitoring the patches and vulnerabilities
• Ensure security levels across all servers through configuration and regular patch management of both the operating system and application
• Supporting Microsoft M365 services
• Providing support for Help Desk team and other team members

Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Graduated from relevant departments of universities
• At least 2-3 years of experience in IT field or in similar position
• Experienced in 3rd level support Microsoft family, (Active Directory, DNS, GPO, File Server, IIS etc.)
• Experienced in server, storage and virtualization technologies
• Basic knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc.)
• Basic knowledge of system monitoring
• Basic knowledge of backup and recovery solutions
• Be willing to learn and improve new technologies and scripting
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Proactive and solution-oriented personality
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team
• Good command of English
• Certifications are a plus

• Yamaları ve güvenlik açıklarını yönetme ve izleme
• Hem işletim sisteminin hem de uygulamanın yapılandırması ve düzenli yama yönetimi yoluyla tüm sunucularda güvenlik seviyelerini sağlayın
• Microsoft M365 hizmetlerini destekleme
• Yardım Masası ekibine ve diğer ekip üyelerine destek sağlamak

Nitelikler ve Mesleki Deneyim:

• Üniversitelerin ilgili bölümlerinden mezun
• Bilişim alanında veya benzer pozisyonda en az 2-3 yıl deneyimli
• Microsoft ailesi 3. seviye destek konusunda deneyimli (Active Directory, DNS, GPO, File Server, IIS vb.)
• Sunucu, depolama ve sanallaştırma teknolojilerinde deneyimli
• Temel Ağ Bilgisi (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP vb.)
• Sistem izlemeyle ilgili temel bilgiler
• Yedekleme ve kurtarma çözümlerine ilişkin temel bilgiler
• Yeni teknolojileri ve komut dosyalarını öğrenmeye ve geliştirmeye istekli olun
• Analitik düşünme ve problem çözme
• Proaktif ve çözüm odaklı kişilik
• Bir ekip içinde iyi çalışabilme becerisine sahip güçlü iletişim becerileri
• İyi derecede İngilizce bilgisine sahip
